For Our Community: Exclusive Live Trainings On Conflict Resolution, EQ, & Belonging
A special offer for our Substack community, and where to watch our latest broadcasts.
We’re excited to announce that Consciously Unbiased is now launching our live training series exclusively for our paid Substack subscribers.
We’ve delivered these trainings to thousands of people across Fortune 500 companies, from Finra to Bank of America to State Street. But we’ve had a lot people in our community asking for our advice on topics such as how to handle conflict at work or boost your emotional intelligence.
That’s why we’re offering our live trainings on Substack each month so we can reach even more people. If you’re currently a Consciously Unbiased Substack subscriber and are not sure if you want to upgrade to paid, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial here. If you’re not yet a subscriber and want to try out the free trainings, you can use the same link to sign up for a free subscription for 30 days.
Every month for 12 months we’ll feature a different live training topic (and paid subscribers can watch the replays if you aren’t able to join live). We will walk you through topics such as “How To Have a Conscious Conversation,” “Calling In: A More Effective Alternative to Calling Out,” and “Uncovering Unconscious Bias in the Media.”
The cost per employee to take a Consciously Unbiased’s live training inside organizations is approximately $200 per training, or $2,400 for 12 trainings. Yet the cost for our annual Substack subscription is only $155 (a savings of $2,245!) to help support our learning team.
Our first training drops on June 17th at 12pm ET. Sign up here to get exclusive access to the training sessions, as well as to the recordings. Hope to see you there!
Proof That One Woman Can Make A Difference
We’re celebrating the inspiring true story of an ordinary woman who refused to accept the status quo and had the courage to fight for what is right. Patricia Clarkson stars in the feature film LILLY that showcases the life of fair-pay-icon Lilly Ledbetter from Alabama, and it’s now live in theaters. You can see if the film is playing at a theater near you here.
If you missed our LinkedIn Live, "Lilly Ledbetter’s Legacy: Equal Pay Day 2025,” you can catch up on this powerful discussion here.
This conversation was hosted by our founder Ashish Kaushal. Thank you to our special guests for sharing their insights, including Rachel Feldman, Co-Writer & Producer of “Lilly,” Jyoti Sarda, Producer of “Lilly,” Andrea Johnson, Senior Director of State Policy & Strategy, National Women's Law Center, Gaylynn Burroughs, VP of Education & Workplace Justice, National Women's Law Center and Gloria L. Blackwell, CEO of AAUW.
